The basic problem with trump bragging about the cognitive testing is its simple. It is the Montreal Cognitive Assessment; the American version is the Mini-Mental Status exam. They are both misnomers because they both are technically in psycho-babble “Screening Devices/scales” which can be administered and scored in 10-12 minutes. Just put those names into google you can see how basic they both are and links are below. Then have copies! We have far more complex, scales, tests and assessments. It’s a waste of time to give those in my opinion when seriously questioning someone. For example, if you “fail” and score below a 26 on one or 27 on the other we move onto other actual cognitive tests. One would be the Weschler Memory Scale which tests 5 different types of memory and can take well over an hour to give. This is another example (irrespective of party alliance) of a person speaking on a topic way over their head in a domain they know nothing about calling it a test.
